Acceptance

By using MarkPrep, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

MarkPrep converts documents to Markdown entirely inside your own browser. The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

No warranty on conversion accuracy

Conversion is best-effort. We do not warrant that converted output is complete, accurate, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any important output before relying on it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use MarkPrep for illegal content or unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Subscriptions & cancellation

Pro is offered as a subscription with a 7-day trial. A card is required to start the trial. You can cancel at any time with one click, and billing is processed through our merchant of record. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that.

UK/EU consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within the applicable cancellation period. Please note that if you ask us to begin supplying a digital service during that cancellation period, doing so may affect or bring an end to your right to cancel for that service. Any statutory rights you have are not limited by these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarkPrep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
